Being a restauranteur since 1979, I am very familiar with the construction industry. Kustom contracting has been by far the most efficient, and pleasurable team to work with. They worked to get this job done in a timely manner as we were closed and they knew the deadlines were important. Andrew and his wonderful team of tradespeople carried out a major renovation on our 4200 square foot house in King City and we were absolutely delighted. The reno on two floors plus the basement included installing hardwood and ceramic tile, removing popcorn ceilings, completely updating three bathrooms, new windows and shutters, paint and trim in 12 rooms and many other fixes.

The work was carried out on time and budget, the quality was top notch and, although we had to stay in the house throughout, the workers cleaned up every day and were always respectful of our presence.
