To date this project had the most challenging structural modifications to execute. 3 Steel beams and one LVL were installed to remove one wall. The tricky part was the execution of doing this without the house falling down! After we completely the structural changes the remodelling project was started. Custom cabinetry, hardwood flooring, scraping ceilings etc. Full stair case refinishing and new cabinetry in the mudroom was also done on this aurora renovation.
