Project Zokol is a full home renovation done in Aurora, ON. This project involved load bearing wall removal, full renovation of the main floor and an entire gut of the Primary bathroom. New windows and doors were also supplied and installed on this project. This major renovation included opening up the main floor to give the client more room for custom millwork and the “open concept” feel. The primary bathroom was completely gutted and mechanical relocated to achieve a tub/shower deck. Custom millwork was done throughout the house including kitchen cabinets, media cabinets, entry way storage and vanities. LVT flooring was done throughout the house as the client wanted a flooring more durable and less prone to damage. We took the time to design this Aurora renovation carefully to meet the clients wishlist as well as budget.
