Andrew and his wonderful team of tradespeople carried out a major renovation on our 4200 square foot house in King City and we were absolutely delighted. The reno on two floors plus the basement included installing hardwood and ceramic tile, removing popcorn ceilings, completely updating three bathrooms, new windows and shutters, paint and trim in 12 rooms and many other fixes.
The work was carried out on time and budget, the quality was top notch and, although we had to stay in the house throughout, the workers cleaned up every day and were always respectful of our presence.
Andrew is super organized, listens well and had great suggestions when we were unsure of a choice that needed making. He’s a very hard working contractor and a smart businessman.
